Additional Highlights Active Return of Capital to Shareholders First Quarter Dividend ● Our Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $9.60 per share, payable on March 31, 2025, which is a 10% increase from the quarterly cash dividend per share of $8.75 in 2024. The cash dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 7, 2025. Stock Repurchase Program ● We repurchased $1.1 billion of stock under our authorized stock repurchase program in the fourth quarter of 2024, and our total remaining stock repurchase authorization was $7.7 billion as of December 31, 2024. ● In January 2025, our Board authorized a program to repurchase up to an additional $20 billion of our common stock.
