Company Declares Quarterly Dividend The Company announced today the declaration of its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share. The dividend is payable on March 16, 2026, to shareholders of record as of March 2, 2026. The number of common shares outstanding as of February 6, 2026 was approximately 190.4 million. Share Repurchases The Company did not repurchase any shares in the fourth quarter of 2025. The Company has not repurchased any shares in the first quarter of 2026 as of the date of this release.
